Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What do you do? How does this work?
A: We analyze your particular situation and based on your circumstances.
We discuss all your options and the particular solutions that will work best
for you. If a company only offers one solution, how do you know if it is best
for you? We offer many different strategies including referrals to specialized
consumer attorneys, if that is best for you.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Since 2003. We have been members of the BBB since the beginning and proudly
have an "A" Rating !
Q: Why should I call you instead of credit counseling or one of the others?
A: We are consumer advocates fighting for the rights of the people. We have analyzed all the
options for getting out of debt and offer many solutions to you. We work closely with
consumer attorneys making sure that we meet all your goals. Many of us here have
experienced financial hardship in the past and we have prevailed. You can, too.
Q: Have any of your clients ever had to pay a debt that you handled for them?
A: Yes, sometimes a settlement can be arranged for far less than the original amount. Or a
payment plan with little or no interest can be set up. Our recommended approach is "pay
only what you can actually afford." If you are in survival mode, paying a credit card may not
be in your best interest. Especially if you are not eating, taking proper medication and staying
warm. If paying a debt does not improve your financial situation, it may not be a good idea in
the short term.
Q: How much does your service cost?
A: It is a small fraction of what you owe. It is very affordable and tailored to your situation. We
offer low monthly payments.
Q: Do I have to pay you all at once?
A: No, we realize people are having financial difficulties, so we work out a plan that works for
you. Virtually everyone who has consulted with us has been able to afford to hire us to help
them.
Q: Is there any cost to come in for a consultation?
A: No, the consultation is free.
Q: Is the meeting confidential?
A: Absolutely.
Q: What do I have to lose by calling you?
A: Nothing, except a whole lot of debt and anxiety.
Please do not be afraid to call. We are here to help you. We are not pushy and will discuss things over the phone and in person for free. We can help you, but you must call in order for us to help.
We have some very creative stategies that involve "Predatory Lending" issues with the banks and violations of your constitutional, privacy, state and federal rights. You will feel better when you begin to learn what can be done on your behalf.
